Try it first, free

Every product starts with a free trial that needs no card, so you can see if it works for you before paying anything.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the client app (Tools → Billing & cancel) or by contacting us. Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Because you can try every product free first, we do not refund the unused part of a billing period when you cancel. We do refund in full when:

• you were charged by mistake, or twice for the same period;
• a product was unavailable for a large part of the period you paid for;
• the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.

Ask within 30 days of the charge. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
