Terms of service

Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you and MakeITEazzy, based in ON, Canada. By creating an account or using a product, you agree to them. If you use the products for a business, you confirm you can agree for that business.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
• We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or the law, or that puts other users or our systems at risk.

Free trials

A product's free trial lasts for the number of days shown on its page. It needs no card and costs nothing. When it ends, the product switches off in your account until you upgrade. Each account can have one free trial of each product. What you made during the trial stays in your account.

Paid plans and billing

• Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout, before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the client app (Tools → Billing & cancel). You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; nothing further is charged.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days; if it still fails, the product switches off.
• We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Using the products fairly

You agree not to:

• break the law, or upload anything you do not have the right to use;
• send spam or unwanted messages with our email, text or phone features — you are responsible for having permission to contact the people you contact;
• try to break, overload, copy or get around the limits of our systems, or access accounts that are not yours;
• resell the products without our written agreement.

Your content

What you upload or type stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the products for you, as described in our privacy policy.

AI results

Several tools use AI. Results can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. They are information only — see our disclaimer. Check anything important before you act on it; the decisions are yours.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the products running, but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or retire features; if we retire a product you pay for, we will give you notice and refund any unused prepaid period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the products are provided "as is", and MakeITEazzy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the products and close your account at any time. We can end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them. Ask us before closing if you want a copy of your content.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of ON, Canada. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most things are sorted out quickly.
