What do I send you?
Send a print-ready PDF of your label. If you have no artwork file, send a straight-on photo of the label you use now.
I have no artwork file. Can you still print my label?
Yes. Send a straight-on photo of your current label and tell us the label width, height and which way it runs on the roll. We draw the artwork again and send you a proof to approve.
Will you change my file?
No. Your own file is never changed. If we find common problems, we fix them in a copy and you see the label before and after.
What do you check on my artwork?
We check the colours and the printing plates they need, bleed, text too close to the cut line, text that is too small and barcode size. We also check spelling in English and French.
How do you know if my label fits a die?
We read the label size from your file and check whether one of our cutting dies fits. If not, we tell you a new die is needed.
What is in the quote, and what does it cost to ask?
The quote is free. It comes after you approve the proof, and it gives prices for more than one quantity. To ask for one, give your name and email, confirm with the email code, and tell us in one line the product, the size and how many.
